Hi
Some time this morning my most of my Virginmedia Inbox and the Deleted Messages folder were deleted. There's no sign of these emails on either my iPhone or in my online Virginmedia account. I assure you that I did not do this.
Has anyone else experienced email issues today?

Hi @Katefur thanks for your reply although I'm sorry to hear your deleted folder has been deleted.
How are things today for you, has this issue been resolved or is there still no sign of this, particularly in your webmail on My Virgin Media?

Unfortunately, there's no sign of anything other than a few emails from May 2022. It's rather odd!

Sorry to hear this has happened,
Any emails that were in the deleted inbox will vanish after 30 days.
Regarding the rest, do you have any Auto forwarding rules set up?
