Error

Your e-mail account  was disabled due to invalid credentials. Please edit the account and enter correct credentials to enable it again.
 
 
I have 2 email addresses, from old and newer virgin.  Suddenly the old email on my main PC comes up with the above error message, however it is still quite functional on my laptop and phone!  As it is my main and busiest email address I really need to get it functioning on the main PC.  Help anyone?

Between the two email addresses did you have a break in being a VM customer? If so, old account emails are (should be) deleted after 90 days.

Sorry to hear of the issues you're having with the E-Mail account

Are you possibly able to answer the question posted by @m00g?

If you have access to the E-Mail account via a third party client, on the laptop and phone, and it is as predicted related to a former Virgin Media subscription, it may be wise to start forwarding any important E-Mails to a new E-Mail account to ensure they're not lost.
