Email account no longer working. Ignored message to run a Virus scan and reset password as looked like a phishing attack.
How can I get the email address back?

OK first question (and probably the most important) are you a current VM broadband customer? If not then ‘oh dear’, if you are then have you had a break in service, moved house etc since the email address was first set up? If you log into the myvirginmedia.com portal, can you see your email address listed as either a primary or secondary address?

VM Broadband and YV. Not moved house ant break in service etc.
Emails that looked like SPAM about resetting password for three weeks and now no email. Can send an email to email address from alternative account and it does not bounce.
Can't sign-in with email address as it says doesn't recognise username or password. Tried forgotten password route asked for DOB and Security Question. Both answered correctly but get a wait VIRGIN symbol then repost back to that page, nothing happens!
