I have no access to my blue yonder email account, it keeps coming up unavailable.  I have deleted my emails from my phone thinking it would reload and reset but to no avail.  i cant log in on line.  i have tried to reset password.

I urgently need access - can anyone advise?

Hello hayleyM16, thank you for reaching back out and I am sorry to see you cannot login in on your phone.

I am also happy to see if it works on a PC though this is a good thing.

How are you accessing it on your phone, have you got it installed on a app, or do you go through the website with it?

Please can you make sure your phone is updated to the latest software. 

As @jpeg1 mentioned if it works on a PC the issues will lie with the phone.
