This message appears when try to log in
to confirm the username, you need to log in to the e-mail address, but how do I log in, you can't because you have to confirm

Thank you for coming back to us. Did you use a personal email that you have access to, to register your online account? If so, all you need to do is to access your mailbox and the confirmation email should be there.
