not receiving or sending for a month contacted many times and been reset and told tech support will call they never do was reset again yesterday tried three browsers this morning IE google and Edge still says forbidden when will somebody get a grip and unlock my account how hard can it be one very **bleep** off customer i was given the gadget number yesterday which put me back to customer services in SA! I used to be able to ring up and my e mail was reset straight away what is going wrong here
