Trying to get access to e-mail Receive the message "somethings gone wrong" please try again. Same message received again and again

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your email account. 

 

Could you please try to login via client mail, such as Apple Mail, Outlook etc.

 

Please let us know how you get on.

Thank you for your reply

I did try 150 and spoke to someone who tried to reset the password and then give me access to e-mail

She was not successful; but gave me a new password and then told me that she would pass the query to your technical team but I would probably not be able to get in to my e-mail account for a week.

Perhaps you could be more helpful

Hi Vicki

I am pleased to be able to tell you that I have now managed to log in to my e-mails with the revised password I was given

I was also told that I should change it within 24 hours. 

I look forward to seeing what happens when I do so
