Good Afternoon Community
In some mysterious way I have lost access to my virginmedia e mail account.I have not recently changed any passwords. But, a few days ago, access was denied - stated reason was that my settings were incorrect.
Can any one help please ?.

Have you tried deleting your browsing history and cache? You would be surprised how often this helps.

Can I just ask a few questions first
Do you have services with us
How are you accessing your emails
By webmail or through as client
Have you tried resetting the password to a new one, waiting 10 minutes then logging back in?

Thanks for the reply.I am a VM customer - broadband,landline and TV.
I am not sure how I am accessing e mails - I used to just sign in on [deleted]@
virginmedia.com
My problem is that I can no longer access the user ID and password screen - hence I am unable to reset my password.
Please advise on how best to fix this - I am starting to lose confidence in this service and, if the problem is not rectified I will have no other option than creating a new e mail address with another service provider.
