Disappearing email

I have been in contact with customer services for 2 weeks and still my email hasn’t been transferred over.  They done this without any notice to me.  I need help with this as they said it would be back today.

We're sorry to hear you've been having an issue with getting your email address moved over to your new account. 

This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. Just click on the little envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.

It has come to light that they have attached my email to another account that’s not me.  We moved this over 6 years ago but it seems it was never done.  Now I have to provide a power of attorney to obtain my own email address off someone else’s account.  This is not good enough.
