Disabled email account

I have just changed my PC. Upon reloading Outlook, it has accepted my old Ntlworld.com email address but not my virginmedia.com email account. After going onto virginmedia's website, it states my account has been disabled?

How do I fix this

My suggestion would be to use this link  https://www.virginmedia.com/email   and click on "Forgotten your password?"

When it asks for your Username just enter your Virginmedia.com email address.

If the system rejects the answers to your security question then try entering them in UPPER CASE.

Hopefully that should re-enable your email account. Failing that it may be necessary to call VM on 150 and ask them to reset the password.

Hi Bryan001,

I can see no obvious issue with your virginmedia.com email address on our systems. Did you follow coenoby's advice and is this an issue no longer?
