Hello, I used to be a customer but changed provider due to location. Recently I noticed emails being sent from my account to addresses I don't recognise (e.g. Russia) and emails received saying my passwords had been reset for other suppliers such as Amazon etc. Clearly hacked!
I am unable to log on through the virgin media website as it says it doesn’t recognise my details, but I am able to send and receive emails for this account from my phone's email app.
How can I go about having this email account deleted so the hackers cant view or use it?
