We originally set up 3 e-mail accounts for my self my wife and daughter  when signing up for the original blueyonder. many years ago.

My daughter now never uses her account and I think it has been hacked and i receive multiple junk/scam e-mails for it as I was the master account holder.

I need to delete my daughters old account please. Can you help.

Many thanks

Iain

Try:

  • Sign into My Virgin Media > My Profile > Manage accounts using the Primary account holder's authentication credentials
  • Select your daughter's account, then View/Change, Delete this account.

NB: be sure to delete the correct account and be aware of any email aliases linked to it as those will no longer be accessible.

FYI: if email accounts are not linked to an active broadband service account with Virgin Media or more than 90 days have passed since it was terminated then the account is at risk of being: (a) deleted without further notice; (b) not being recovered from a recoverable state that requires help from Virgin Media staff.
