Hi. I used to have VM broadband but switched a year or two ago. I have 2 VM email addresses- one of which is a blueyonder.co.uk (which I don’t need any more)
Could anyone suggest how I can delete the BY account when I can no longer log in using a principal account. Thanks

@mikesimm9 A member of the VM Forum Team staff should be able to assist you with this when they reach this thread. They will arrange for both email addresses to be deleted. This should have happened 90 days after you closed the broadband account.

We can arrange for both blueyonder emails to be deleted from here for you.
We will need to pass some basic security questions first though through a private message.
If you can check the logo top right of your screen that would be great.
