I stopped using my blueyonder account years ago but have just discovered there have been some important emails going to it. How do I completely delete my blueyonder mailbox? Thanks. 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you've been missing out on some important emails. We can have a look in to things but I will need to confirm some details with you.
I have sent you a private message regarding this and will investigate further once I receive your reply. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.

Thanks for coming back to me via private message.
As you're an existing customer, any email address can be managed by logging in to My VM. Just head to My Profile then Manage my accounts.
From here you can delete any secondary email addresses.
If the email address is a primary address then this won't be able to be deleted I'm afraid.
