Delete old ntlworld email address

No longer have a Virgin account and need to delete ntlworld as it is corrupted

Ah I'm sorry to hear the email account is still active, I appreciate this is frustrating and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

This has been escalated to the IT team who will investigate and get the account deleted.
