Due to a house move last year and Virgin not being available at the new house I no longer have a Virgin account. Before we left I forwarded my old ntlworld email address to my new one thinking after 90 days it would all switch off. I am now still getting emails which are all spam. On investigation I believe the email is known as "orphaned" and I need someone from the Virgin team to manually switch it off. Can someone please contact me and do this. Thanks
