Is anyone else experiencing this.
I am having emails being delayed 60 to 90 minutes.
I have tested it by sending 3 'test' emails from different accounts
AFAICS incoming emails and those within Virgin Media are being delayed; flagged for @ModTeam
If you wish to try to find the cause of the delay copy the email's header into either of these tools:
Edit: Outgoing emails to domains other than those belonging to Virgin Media are delivered as expected; no noticeable delay.
There's definitely an issue with inbound mail but it appears to be with Virgin Media's internal transport system rather than the mail exchangers themselves.
Actually the whole webmail platform appears slow.
I sent an email to my blueyonder.co.uk address at 15:34. The log on my server shows the mail being accepted.

At time of writing, I'm still waiting for the mail to arrive in my inbox.

We've seen delays like this before.
If more evidence is needed:
I have also been experiencing this all day, worst possible situation for me as i was in the proccess of trying to offer on buying a house,cant believe my luck
Just an observation but why rely on email for a time critical process such as making an offer on a house purchase? Telephones still exist and are excellent for time critical issues.
My mails come through:
The delay is better than it was, but that doesn't really indicate an improvement in the problem. It may be down to less email entering the system.
I've flagged the other thread to the @ModTeam and this one too.
One in a million chance that my solicitors office whole phone network was down all day and my emails went awol
Just to confirm (as in other threads) that this matter has been flagged to Liberty Global and they've confirmed that an investigation is underway. I shall post updates when they become available.
