Def-01 and API03 error codes

Hi, 

I am trying to log in and create a new password with My Virgin Media account but am consistently getting the error codes DEF01 and API03. Please could someone inform me what this means and how to correct it.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with registering an online account. 

To confirm, have you been able to try this via different devices?

And via different web browsers?

I have tried clearing cache and cookies,   troed on web browser and mobile and several different browsers and devices too with no luck

Hi Jshill13, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are getting an error code. 

Can you try using a password generator to see if it accepts the password and let us know how it goes?
