Created a new email address, but cannot access it

As title folks, Im now registering email addresses for my entire family.

Registered one for my wife which worked fine.

Then proceeded to register one for my daughter and it asked for the name and password I wish to use, which it had accepted.

Then when I processed the form, it seems to just default back to the main Virgin media page.

Now when I try to login using my daughters credentials, it says it cannot find them.

Further a password reset doesnt work.

And lastly, when I try to register the details again, it says that this specific address is already taken up.

Not sure what to do... I would be grateful for some help, many thanks.

Ok very wierdly, its working now. I created another account and for some reason its ok now.

So please close this thread! Thanks.
