Continually blocking email access

I've received an email message as below. I've verified this and done as asked. I've run scans and reset password.

I've then received the same message again and my account was again blocked.

I've gone through this cycle three times now and keep getting blocked.

How do I break out? Can someone sat virgin please advise?

Re: Continually blocking email access

Hi SWSPINKS

Thanks for posting.

My apologies for the email issue. There was an email issue the other day that has been since resolved. Have you got this sorted and regained access since posting?

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Best,

Re: Continually blocking email access

Yes I'm back in but I have previously been blocked on three occasions.

After a long web chat with the virgin team, I raised a complaint and wsas told this would be passed to the backend team and that siomeone would be in touch with me.

On ending the web chat, however, I immediately received and email saying that my complaint was resolved.

This is not the case.

I replied to this email saying so but haven't received a response. This was last Friday. The complaint number was C-2910211295.

Can you confirm this is still open and someone will be in touch?

Thanks.

Will
