I have received a closure email notification for my @virgin.net email due to not having VM services.
This was incorrect as I have been a customer for years.
On logging onto my VM account I saw that the contract had literally just ended, presumably triggering the cancellation email.
I immediately renewed my contract. Foolishly, I thought that everything would be as is and nothing altered.
I have now received another reminder of email termination.
How can I get my virgin.net email associated with my VM account?
Thank you.

As you now realise, the letter from Virgin Media was originally triggered because your virgin.net email account is not linked to a live VM broadband contract.
The Forum Team (VM staff who support this forum) are best placed to help you. One of them will contact you vis this forum and take your details. by Private Message.
If the virgin.net email account was originally part of a contract in the same name as your current VM account then it can be linked to your present contract, However there are potential complications, for example, many virgin.net email accounts were originally "dial up" accounts and so were never linked to any broadband contract.
The Forum Team will take the dtails by Private Message and check this out for you.
In the mean time it would be worth you saving any important emails from your virgin.net account just in case it is not possible to link it to your VM account.
