Hi
I switched supplier some time again and assumed that when my account was closed the associated emails would also be shut down.
I currently have an issue trying to change my email with amazon but they will not do it because the password resets are being accepted by the currently registered email account.
I need to close the associated ntl email account before they will change the email associated with my amazon account
Could you please let me know how I would achieve this
