Hi,
I have a question. I received a cheque from virgin media with the bank HSBC a while ago after a collector company asked me to pay a bill. So I paid it and later virgin media issued me the money bank using a cheque. The problem is that I lost the cheque and now I need a new to be issued. I called them and they said they cannot help me on the phone and I have to send an email.
The account is from 2017 so I while ago.
Can you help me? What is their email?

Apologies for the issues faced, the cheque may have expired anyway to be cashed, can I ask what has been advised on the phone regarding this? As usually our team can support with this.

Hi Kain,
They were not very helpful on the phone. They told me to find the email on the virgin media website and white there. This would be the only option I have. As I could not find an email on their website, I am writing here.
