Previous troubles sorted but password issued by VM help a "generic one" like abcdef which I need to change. How do I do this?

A Second question Are my VM account password and my VM email password this same or not? Sorry for my ignorance but I am simply a user not an "understander" All help welcomed and thanked for

Go to Account Details | Virgin Media and:

• sign in using the account's authentication credentials that you wish to change
• adjacent to the text Password, select Edit and follow the instruction

NB should you see an Oops message try refreshing the page by pressing Ctrl + Shift + R
