Cant login to my account on laptop at work.

This only started from yesterday.  It briefly accepts my username and password then switches to the new site. The virgin logo goes round and round then says its a problem at their end?

Can anybody help please.

Is this only happening on your work laptop, can you login fine on other devices?

This sounds like it could be VPN error, have work recently realised a update on your laptop?

Are you also in the office or working from home when you are trying this?

Also have you thought about your working blocking this our website?

It does seem to be a problem with my work laptop as I can login with my personal one.
