Cant access secondary email accounts

I have access to my main account but my husbands and a couple of other secondary accounts are not accessible. The main site used to list all secondary email accounts and give you the ability to manage them. This is nowhere to be found on the site now. Hubby cannot access his mail as he's not got his password.
