Cant access emails on another computer

I have my ntlworld email on my laptop but used to be able to login on my husbands desktop. Cant seem to do this now, says Forbidden

Does the issue occur when using your browser Incognito / Private mode?

When this error occurs:

• select the padlock icon shown in the address / location bar
• look for an option to either clear / view cookies in the pop-up menu
• then follow the process to remove the cookies shown for the site
