Cannot send emails all settings correct

I appreciate I am posting about an issue that many are experiencing but I have not been able to send emails from my ntlworld email address since August 2020. I use the mail app on my iPad. I have tried everything suggested on here: I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled my email account multiple times, I’ve checked all outgoing server settings and they are as advised and I have changed my password a few times (via the browser login). I haven’t been able to find a genuine solution to this problem and am absolutely baffled that virgin have failed to fix what seems to be a widespread problem!

And have you tried sending email from the web interface? Have you checked to see if your public IP address is listed on any of the Spamhaus blocklists?
