Cannot send email - error message: Blacklisted IP address

Hi I dont know what is going on but I can not receive or send emails from my work email address supplied by 123-reg.co.uk. I think my ip address is blacklisted I have contacted 123-reg and they said for what ever reason virgin is blocking it as I can get email on my phone using ee data. I have never had any issues I am using outlook. I spoke with customer services vm and they said come on here.

 

Please Help it is driving me crazy

The VM Forum Team should be able to get this looked into for you when they return in the morning. It may be a few hours into the day before they respond.
