Cannot send email - error message: Blacklisted IP address

Hi I dont know what is going on but I can not receive or send emails from my work email address supplied by 123-reg.co.uk. I think my ip address is blacklisted I have contacted 123-reg and they said for what ever reason virgin is blocking it as I can get email on my phone using ee data. I have never had any issues I am using outlook. I spoke with customer services vm and they said come on here.

 

Please Help it is driving me crazy
