Cannot send an email with a link to a legitimate URL

If I use webmail to try to send an email that contains a certain URL, I cannot because a block comes up saying "Message could not be sent to the following recipients: [snipped] (554 - 554 5.2.0 SMTP602 Message contains Spam Content".  The URL is legitimate because it is one of my own websites and is clean, but it looks like the spam analysis software is wrongly classifying it as spam.  How do I get this block lifted?

The data that spam filters use is frequently updated and it is likely a false positives will clear itself in either 6, 12, or 24 hours. Should the issue persists then the forum team are best placed to help further; be aware it can take them a few days to work through to your post.

Whilst you wait for the forum team to respond consider using, if appropriate, a URL shortening service to workaround the issue temporarily.

I have had a look and been in contact our IT department 

Sadly the URL 

https://balgreencroquet.club/alternate-stroke-doubles-2019/

Would need to be shortened by going here if it was to be included in an email

If it is your website, try contacting Cloudmark to get it re-assessed.

Many thanks for your answer.  Yes, you're right it's not the answer I was looking for!  However perhaps you could explain why the URL cannot be included in an email?  Is there a problem with the site?  If so, could you let me know what it is please and I will get it fixed.  Or is it a problem with the URL itself?   Whatever it is, it would be helpful to know what the problem is.

The Cloudmark reporting service seems to require message headers to be included.  However I cannot even get as far as sending the message - you press the Send button and up pops a message saying the message couldn't be sent due to spam content.

@Gareth_L, is there a reason why Virgin Media's IT department cannot liaise with Cloudmark to resolve the false positive as this is the path Cloudmark have said they want Virgin Media customers to use; they do want Virgin Media customers contacting them directly? 

BTW could you find out why Cloudmark do want Virgin Media customers to use their publicly accessible false positive reporting service?
