Yesterday morning I was using webmail without problems. log on using saved mail address and password on my home windows 10 computer. In the afternoon I was unable to get on with it telling me I had user name / password problems - despite them being save and used earlier. To humour it I changed my password. Initially this was impossible to do and sent me round in circles re-submitting security details etc until this morning I was able to change my password successfully. I tried signing in again with the same result - wrong user name and or password message so just cannot get in. Is there a problem with it at the moment using the virgin media website lo in for emails?
Yes I am a customer and yes my email address is showing along with my now changed password when I log in. It asks me to confirm I'm not a robot and then says one of the details is wrong when it is not. Last time this happened all was OK the next day but not this time
