Cannot get on me virginmedia email account

Not able to receive and send emails from my laptop or Iphone. It stopped working Thursday 12th August 2021. comes up Virginmedia account settings needs updating or changing the password. I have been try to change password but nothing happening. I use my email all the time and need it up and running.

Could you please advise what the issue is and when will the problem be fixed

I have been able to locate your account and I do wish to help with this.
