I have not been able to access my blueyonder email account on any device for over a week. When ever I try and logon it just tales me to a screen saying the following
Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

I have tried calling but cannot get through to anyone
Is anyone else experiencing problems or can anyone from Virgin tell me what is going on.
This problem is affecting webmail and accessing emails on my iphone and ipad.
This is likely to be account related causing your inbox to be locked for some reason. If you cannot get through on the phone via the broadband faults option then wait here for the Forum Team to response. Current response times can vary from a few hours to a few days.

Unsurprisingly nothing from VM in way of contact or reply on here. And still no joy via phone. The VM customer service is truly awful. They are quick to call you repeatedly when they want to sell you something but when you actually need some assistance it is a different matter.
Still cannot. access my emails. That is over a week now....
