Cannot access email

I have been locked out of my Blueyonder email for a few weeks and been unable to get VM to unlock it either by phone or via the live chat. My attempts to communicate with them just go round and round and make no progress. I can still access a second address linked to the main one but frustratingly not my own. I have seen similar posts but no clear answers of what steps to take. I use multiple access methods including webmail. The message indicates the account may be available after an hour but offers little else by way of information. Any help appreciated.
