Cannot access account online

Hello, I know my username and I’m trying to access my account. I’ve forgotten my password. I’ve got my last bill but the details on it have not been recognised and it’s not allowing me to reset my password. Any ideas what to do? My broadband has suddenly just stopped working. I’ve followed all online instructions but I think an engineer is going to need to have a look. There’s no one contactable at Virgin Media. Thank you.
