Unfortunately just checked using webmail and also my Outlook account but still cannot send.

You, suggested that you would have to raise an IT ticket.

Will I get confirmation when that has been done.

Thanks for all the help so far in trying to resolve my problem and the request from John for further details.

I understand from John that the problem now needs to be passed on to IT and a ticket raised.

As I have had no further contact for several days could someone please advise regarding progress.

I have refrained from making any phone calls as advised but have not received any further PMs from John or any of the other forum team members.

The IT department can normally take up to 7 days to resolve an issue.

I will ask that the @ModTeam confirm that a ticket has been raised (please provide the ticket reference for the user if possible).

OK, here we are at the start of another working week and I still haven’t had any contact from support as to whether an IT ticket has been raised for my problem.

I have nothing but praise for the way Tim, ravenstar68 has tried to help me and indeed many others on these forums.

I normally consider myself to be patient in situations like this but as my problem has been ongoing for over a week and a half now could someone from support at the very least please confirm that they have escalated and confirm to me how things are progressing.
