my wife tried to post on forum but because emails are not working cannot get her email address verified so I have joined to post.
getting a pop up and put in her password and it says its incorrect!
how can we get this fixed please or reset the password pleasE?

Sorry to hear of the issues with your wife's E-Mail account.
Can you confirm if this error is happening on the web mail service Virgin Media offers, or if this is via a third party application?
If you can also confirm if you're an active subscriber to our services, and that you're the account holder, that would be most welcome.

I’m having the same problem on my iPad. Tried resetting the password at virginmedia.com but that does not help. I could delete the account onn my iPad but I believe I’ll lose all saved emails
