Can you still access blueyonder email online?

I moved house last year and have only just regained access to My Vigin Media, they had to transfer my email address to ther new account. However my email inbox is not available when I try to see my email online. Do I need to do something else to connect my blueyonder email address to my account so i can access webmail?

Luckily I was working from home today. Had a call at 5:02pm and it is now working. They had changed my login email to one of the ones I don't use any more. i am now in, changed the username back to what it should be and put my name in correctly. Also changed my password from the one I was given back to the one I use normally to logon to VM webpage. No idea why they changed it in the first place.

At least I was in and my PC was on when they called.

Thanks for coming back to us @angua- and I'm glad to hear that its all been resolved with the phone call that you had earlier, the team may have needed to change your password to be able to access your email account.
