Can't send emails via smtp.ntlworld.com

Hello.

Can anyone help?

Since 25th December 2021, I haven't been able to send emails (I can receive them)

I get the message "A stable connection to the server could not be established"

Sending SMTP: smtp.ntlworld.com using port 465  SSL Authentication ticked

Sorry to hear about your issue, are you trying to send the emails via a web mail or mail client?

I am having to use webmail to send emails

Thanks for coming back to us @raucous_38,

Can you please try removing the E-Mail account from AirMail and then re-adding this to see if this helps resolve the issues you've experienced on the client?
