Can't reset password for Account and Email

Hi - Trying to reset my password, as I think I may been hacked in a gaming a/c that links back to my virgin email account, which is @blueyonder one. Can't see any obvious solutions. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried changing the password by signing in from this link https://my.virginmedia.com/home/signIn  using the affected email address and existing password?  That will take you to the relevant "My Virgin Media" account for that email address.

Then navigate to the "Account details" page by clicking on the "Update settings" tab and then "Account details". Scroll down that page and you will see a place to edit the password.

If that does not work you will have to try this option https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/forgotten-details/password Enter the email address and follow the prompts.

As a last resort, if you are still a Virgin Media broadband customer then the VM Forum Team (VM employees who support this forum) should be able to get the password reset for you. However if you do not have a live VM broadband account they will be very limited in the help they can offer.
