I can access my Virgin mailbox via their website but the emails are not downloading to Outlook on my PC or to my Iphone. Any ideas?

The problem has started again - Outlook not downloading my Virgin emails. I've updated the setting from blueyonder to Virginmedia as per the instructions. Also updated Outlook. I'm now looking at leaving virgin for emails as very fed up. What is going wrong this time? And no - you can't email me when someone replies as I'm not getting them!

Sorry to hear the problem has returned.

Are you accessing outlook via browser or via app? Also just to clarify are you using the settings as seen https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Email-settings-change/m-p/3369438#M157131 ?

Thanks,

Via browser

Thanks for getting back to me.

What browser are you using currently? Does this occur on alternative browsers?

Many thanks,

I'm on Windows 10 and use Chrome (if that's what you asking - sorry not well up on tech stuff). Never used other other browsers.
