My email is working correctly through my client (Thunderbird) but I can't access the email web page.

Is there an active Virgin Media account linked to the email?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, it is linked to my VM account, and no there was no error message, just a "freeze".
However, the problem now seems to have resolved itself after I shut down the computer and started it up again. Should have tried that before bothering you - sorry!
