I haven’t been able to access my emails since this morning. I get the message that no password provided for ntlworld and please go to mail accounts settings and enter a password.
My password is already in there and has not been changed. Can anyone advise as to how I resolve this please

Follow the instructions set out here:
Once you have done this check that you can access the email address concerned via the VM webmail page https://mail2.virginmedia.com/
Provided that works then change the password in the email app that you are using to the new one.

Have you been able to follow the steps in the link posted by Graham_A and get access to your email account again? If not, let us know and we'll be able to take a closer look.
