Can’t access mailbox for over 2 weeks

On virgin media site it says ‘can’t access mailbox’ for over 2 weeks now. Have changed password but still no access. What is going on???

Sorry to hear this

I can see you have been ion touch with our Support Team who have raised a ticket to get this unlocked 

Whilst this is fixed, Have you tried resetting the password to a new one that's never been used before, waiting 10 minutes then logging back in?
