Can’t access email account

Hi there I haven’t been able to access my email account since Friday can you please tell me when this will be resolved as I have important emails that I cannot access

Sorry to hear this has happened 

How are you accessing the email 

By webmail or through a Client 

Can you reset the password to one never used before and then log in after 10 minutes
