Hi,
I suspect I'm not the only one with this issue.
I cannot access my emails.
I don't think I had any warning and I have gradually moved things to a new email address, but there are important emails that I can't access.
Can anyone help?
I have all my log in details, but when I try and log in the page says I can't access the account.
Thank you for any help anyone can offerr.

@trenchn Bad news I'm afraid. Your email account should have been shut down years ago when the dial up service was closed. It's a pity that you missed the notification, however VM have been lapse with actually closing these down, so you have benefited from a free email address all this time.
It is unlikely that the VM Forum Team will be able to get you back into the account as you are not a customer.

@trenchn The phrasing of your post suggests that you may not have a current VM broadband account to which the email address concerned is attached?
The future of the email address is dependent on the answer to the above.

That is correct. I have never had a broadband sccount. I originally had a Virgin Mobile account.
I think I might have had a Virgin dial up account many years ago. I really don't remember.

I am sorry this has happened - but @Graham_A has advised spot on here, apologies. I am however responding to your post as you mention you've got a mobile account, and if you've signed up to your online account with that email address - I am just letting you know I can help get it deleted so you can re-register with a new email address if that helps?
