Renewed acc two weeks ago since then can’t use my blueyonder email address which I have had for years phoned virgin still no further forward. Lost every thing in that mail box keep getting message credentials no longer valid.Cannot send or receive email. Losing faith in virgin .

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue gaining access to your emails. We can certainly take a look at things for you.
