Is it true that the Blueyonder email service is being shut down? This is what the VirginMedia helpline told me to explain why I was no longer able to access my emails, but I have received no advance warning of this.

The truth is that you were fobbed off by the VM agent. 😠

See the second post in the thread in the link below for a definitive statement from the Virgin Media Community Forum manager.The statement applies to all the VM legacy domains including Blueyonder.

However, if you are no longer a VM broadband customer check the final paragraph in @ Michael_JK's post and his statement that "Email accounts remain active for the duration of your subscription with us and are closed 90 days after leaving us" for a possible explanation as to why your account may no longer be accessible.
