Blueyonder password

Hi I have forgotten my email

blueyonder.co.uk

password but  don't seem to be able to access the reset page it has been ok until a few weeks ago

When you go to https://my.virginmedia.com/forgot-details/password and try to reset your password what happens?

It allows me to reset password but when j try to set up email account via Gmail as other it won't recognise password

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you have had with your email address.

I have been able to locate your account and would like to assist with this.
