Hello.
This might be one for the VM technical team.
My younger brother has forgotten his email password and it’s causing a stress because he is unable to manage other accounts that are linked to his email address.
His email address was created under an old VM account so the question is, has his email address been removed?

I did speak with someone at VM with regards to the account and they confirmed that it was disconnected.
I do think that the 90 day grace was too short, especially given that we went through a difficult national lockdown period over the previous 18 months and I was in no position of help out my family due to the restrictions that were put in place and my brother never realised that he wasn't receiving emails anymore until he needed to do a reset. It is what it is!
